Or is this rear wheel well way too large? It makes me want to lower it just to eliminate all that space.

It's a body-on-frame truck.

Looks higher than stock to me. Could have additional leafs in the back if they tow things with it.

I don't think they've used leaf springs for years.

They do have a slight rake forward stock so it sits level when towing something, but I've never seen a new Tahoe that sits that high in the back. Something's fucky with it.

good I'm glad I'm not crazy then. Because I don't remember seeing them like this. It needs bigger wheels now imo

If you notice the front wheels are off the pavement, that shouldn't cause it to be that bad though.

The front wheels aren't on the pavement so that could have something to do with it, but that's not normal, I drive past the Chevy dealer almost every day and I've never seen one like this.

Off topic, but do you like the new Tahoe/suburban?

Maybe they tow a lot with it and installed some helper springs in it or something of the like. That would cause it to sit higher in the back, though you'd have to have no sense of pain to drive around unloaded with them inflated.

umm...
out of the choices between the Yukon, Escalade, and this, the chevy looks best imo.
But in general no i dont really like them all too much. Not a fan of the way they look and id rather have something like the new XC90 or X5 or similar. For the price I just dont think its the best choice
gmporschenut also a fan of hondas

It is something that really bugs me with all new pick ups and SUVs .

Made to fit the 22" rams for the Escalade.
All joking aside, that certainly looks off.

Could have been the airbag leveling system. Parked on hill, moved and now the airbags are still inflated.
